Job summary

Williams is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst III to act as a liaison between IT and the business, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements when crafting and implementing new IT systems and improving existing systems. You will translate business needs into technical specifications and drive lifecycle-based improvements.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and ensuring existing applications align with business objectives and IT standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED with 12+ IT years, or an Associate's with 8+ IT years, or a Bachelor's in IT with 5+ IT years.
• Experience liaising between IT and business units to design and implement new systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain liaison between IT development and business units for design and implementation of new systems.
• Serve as subject matter expert and business partner between IT and end-user teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Conduct requirements gathering, UAT, and provide recommendations.
