Position Responsibilities

1. Lead solution development by fostering strong partnerships with business and IT teams.
2. Manage large-scale, critical projects that enhance efficiency and drive business growth.
3. Translate complex business needs into clear strategies and actionable roadmaps.
4. Champion and facilitate core Agile / Scrum framework within assigned projects.
5. Document business requirements using UML, process flows, and use cases.
6. Support change management by assessing current business processes, identifying gaps, and driving meaningful improvements.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. 12+ years of experience in an analyst role.
3. Extensive experience obtaining and documenting business and functional requirements.
4. Strong understanding of cross-functional business operations.
5. Expertise in modeling / mapping business processes - both “as-is” and “to-be.”
