Job summary

SAP America, Inc. is seeking an IT Business Services Senior Consultant (multiple positions) at Newtown Square, PA, with a full-remote work model. The role focuses on driving and executing core IT functions, including governance, training, coaching, KPI definition, and measurement.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in a related field with significant experience in enterprise IT services, SAP architecture, and program governance. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field of study and six years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience; or a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent with four years of experience.
• Experience must include four years in client engagement, end-to-end service delivery, SAP architecture, SLA-based incident management, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience must include three years in hyperscalers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and program governance for enterprise cloud or ERP services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IT Governance topics are covered within IT projects, products and internal processes.
• Plan, conceive, implement and track Change Management measures; coach on process and system changes.
• Identify training demand, plan training activities, execute training and track training success.
• Work with business to identify requirements for services and maintain a holistic IT service portfolio.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally as needed.
