Job summary

SAP America, Inc. is seeking an IT Business Services Senior Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to define, execute, and manage IT strategy, governance and standards. Hybrid work model with responsibilities spanning policies, training, and KPI definition to support SAP’s IT operating model.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field and several years of SAP/IT experience, including OS/DB migrations, S/4HANA management, and governance. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study and six years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study and four years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Drives and executes core central IT functions, e.g. rollout of Policies and Governance, Training, Communication, Coaching, KPI definition and Measurement.
• Ensures IT Governance topics are covered within IT projects, products and internal processes.
• Manages development of strategies that enable achievement of corporate objectives and provides transparency on those.
