Job summary

City of Phoenix is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager to act as the senior connector between business stakeholders and Technology Services, overseeing the enterprise application portfolio supporting municipal water/wastewater.

The role reports to the Technology Services Operations Manager and requires strong leadership in business engagement, requirements, and governance across a complex organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum three years in applications analysis, programming, or systems analysis with project leadership.
• Experience documenting requirements, processes, and SOPs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owning key business relationships and serving as the senior connector to Technology Services.
• Leading portfolio assessments and ensuring business voice translates to actionable technical direction.
• Leading business engagement with stakeholders and vendors while applying a business-value framework.
• Directing documentation and SOPs to keep portfolio decisions well-governed.
