Job summary

Nissha Medical Technologies is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Project Manager to partner with global business units, document needs, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle. You will translate business needs into clear specifications, support testing, and help drive enterprise software implementations across distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance operations.

The role requires five+ years' experience, a bachelor's degree, ability to travel, and a commitment

Qualifications

• Ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships.
• Some international and domestic travel is required.
• Requires five or more years of relevant experience as a business analyst, business systems analyst or systems project manager.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business units to identify and document business needs, objectives, processes, requirements, data scope, and security requirements.
• Manage changes to business requirements, ensuring impacts are documented, communicated, and understood throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve testing strategies, plans, criteria, and results to ensure solutions meet business requirements and customer expectations.
• Support the resolution of business-reported issues, working with internal teams and external support organizations as needed.
• Lead the creation of user documentation, instructions, and procedures in collaboration with business SMEs.
• Work with business leadership and staff to develop business requirements, user stories/scenarios, and test plans.
• Develop and maintain business specifications for new or modified systems, collaborating with system integrators, developers, and IT management.
• Lead the development and acceptance of testing standards.
• Monitor and document post-implementation issues, problems, and revision requests.
