Job summary

Starboard Cruise Services is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions on the Information Technology team. You will act as the principal liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translate strategic goals into actionable requirements, and help drive growth while improving IT products and services.

You will guide end-to-end solutions, manage vendor relationships, participate in project delivery, and ensure aligned documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3-5 year experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Navision application is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Management Information Systems or Business Administration

Responsibilities

• Enhance the quality of IT products and services by requirements gathering, ongoing implementations, and defining end-to-end business solutions.
• Engage with business leaders to understand needs, manage stakeholders, and influence priorities.
• Provide guidance on solution designs and act as escalation point for design decisions.
• Establish and enforce end-to-end solution and documentation standards across teams and processes.
• Ensure solutions support long-term goals while delivering short-term benefits.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and software vendors; understand priorities and initiatives.
• Lead technology projects, participate in multiple projects, and assist in vendor selections.
