Job summary

Starboard is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and the IT team in Miami. You will analyze data to inform decisions, drive improvements, and craft end-to-end IT solutions while ensuring a strong employee and customer experience.

You will lead requirements, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with developers and architects to deliver value across projects. A self-starter mindset and entrepreneurial problem-solving are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3-5 year experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Navision application is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Management Information Systems or Business Administration

Responsibilities

• Enhance the quality of IT products and services by requirements gathering, ongoing implementations, and defining end-to-end business solutions.
• Engage with business leaders to understand needs, influence stakeholders, and manage relationships at technical and leadership levels.
• Provide guidance on solution designs and escalate decisions, collaborating with developers/Architect/Technical lead.
