The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is recruiting for a Senior IT Business Analyst to bridge business and IT, performing advanced requirements analysis and translating user needs into technical specs in Albuquerque or Santa Fe, NM. The role focuses on supporting users, writing SQL queries, and improving business processes within the Judicial Information Division.

Knowledge of Odyssey CMS and court business processes is highly desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Five years of IT experience including business process analysis and SDLC involvement.
• Experience translating user needs into technical requirements.

• Analyze end users’ needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Document, prioritize, and resolve problems to improve operations.
• Develop and test process changes using judicial technology applications.
• Provide project planning, task assignment, and stakeholder coordination.
