Job summary

The New Jersey Judiciary is seeking a professional Business Analyst to work under the general direction of the Chief or other supervisory personnel in the Automated Trial Court Services Unit. The role focuses on business analysis, user requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and development of project plans, with collaboration across court staff and IT teams.

The position supports user interface design, testing and training, and ongoing user support.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate degree in a field related to computer science, information technology or the area to which the applicant is applying, such as information systems, human-computer interaction, interactive media, software engineering, computer networking, business analytics, data analytics and/or cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document processes for projects.
• Perform system testing and train users.
• Collaborate with court staff and IT teams on large-scale projects.
