Gallagher Bassett seeks a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical teams. You will elicit, analyze, validate, and prioritize stakeholder requirements from discovery through successful implementation, translating objectives into clear requirements and designs for development.

Collaborating with vendors and internal teams, you will define workflows, interfaces, and governance to ensure data quality and reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or comparable business analysis role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse personality types.
• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaborate effectively with personnel across departments.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify and manage stakeholder needs from discovery through implementation.
• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and designs for development.
• Collaborate with vendors to design optimal solutions and integrations.
• Create and maintain workflows, validation rules, and data interfaces.
• Lead junior team members and mentor peers in cross-functional settings.
• Ensure data quality and governance across platform applications.
