Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Sr IT Technical Analyst to partner with business and IT leadership in planning, delivering, and optimizing technology solutions for mobile app and website platforms in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

You will translate business needs into actionable tech, develop BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and oversee QA/UAT, releases, and IT governance. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

8+ years in business/technology analysis or product delivery.
Experience gathering, documenting, and translating requirements into functional specs.
Experience in Agile / Scrum environments with backlog and user stories.

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between business stakeholders, Product, Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and vendors.
Lead analysis to define requirements for mobile and web platforms.
Create BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support QA/UAT planning, test cases, and release readiness.
Ensure compliance with SDLC, IT governance, and change management.
