Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of Business Analysis experience in technology delivery.
Experience in Agile delivery environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders, product managers, architects, and tech teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Lead requirements elicitation, process analysis, data mapping, and system interaction analysis.
Manage backlog refinement and solution validation within an Agile framework.
Identify dependencies and coordinate deliverables across multiple teams.
Support delivery planning, testing strategy, release readiness, and operational improvements.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements documentation.
