Influx Info Sys is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support the FANS modernization project and ongoing maintenance of FNW applications. The role will liaison between business owners, contract managers, SMEs, and development teams, facilitating JAD sessions and documenting requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong BA skills, experience in Agile environments, and a solid understanding of requirements management, process modeling, documentation, and software testing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of IT business analysis experience on IT projects.
• Proven experience with Agile software development and requirements management.
• Experience translating requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Strong documentation, data dictionary, and SOP development skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison among business owners, contract managers, SMEs, and developers.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate JAD sessions and requirements meetings.
• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, technical, and data requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional/technical specs, use cases, and user stories.
• Create process models, workflows, mock-ups, and data models.
• Identify process improvements and system enhancements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with development to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Manage requirements, user stories, tasks, and docs in Azure DevOps/TFS.
• Develop and maintain business process docs, specs, SOPs, and data dictionaries.
• Coordinate QA review, test scenarios, and UAT schedules with business users.
• Support manual and automated testing to validate functionality.
• Resolve requirement gaps and clarify business rules for on-time delivery.
• Support FNW app modernization and ongoing maintenance per evolving needs.
