Job summary
FDACS is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support FNW application development, maintenance, and the FANS modernization project. The role requires extensive experience in requirements gathering, agile practices, and API testing, with strong collaboration across QA and development teams.
The ideal candidate will facilitate JAD sessions, create user stories and process flows, and contribute to UAT and automation testing efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in business analysis, agile environments, and requirements gathering.
- 7+ years with Azure DevOps/TFS.
- Strong experience with Selenium or similar automation tools.
- 5+ years REST API/microservices testing and manual testing.
- Experience with Visio/process modeling and data dictionaries.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business/functional requirements.
- Facilitate JAD sessions and stakeholder meetings.
- Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, mockups, and technical documentation.
- Support UAT, manual testing, and automation testing.
- Perform REST API/Microservices testing using Postman, Insomnia, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams in Agile environments.
