Job summary

You will design and implement automation using PowerShell, Azure Automation, Power Automate, Freshworks, Workato, and Postman, and build scalable solutions for provisioning, deployment, and self-service workflows across on‑prem and cloud.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise IT systems engineering.
• Advanced automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Batch).
• Strong expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Azure and AWS.
• Background in enterprise virtualization and storage.
• Proven leadership in large-scale automation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation using PowerShell, Azure Automation, Power Automate, Freshworks, Workato, and Postman
• Build scalable automation for user/device provisioning, software deployment, and self-service workflows
• Develop automation for hybrid cloud and on-prem environments
• Integrate automation with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, GPOs, and Windows Server (2016+)
• Manage virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and NAS/SAN storage
• Lead global automation projects, create dashboards, and maintain documentation
