Job summary

Cook Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Auditor for a contract opportunity in Memphis, TN. The role calls for independent planning and execution of risk-based IT audits across ITGCs, access management, and change processes.

You will develop procedures, documents, and deliver actionable observations to improve controls. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of IT audit experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to adapt audit approaches to varied IT environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT audit experience beyond routine SOX testing.
• Strong knowledge of IT risks, controls, and audit methodologies (ITGCs).
• Ability to assess unfamiliar systems and develop audit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk-based IT audit procedures independently.
• Evaluate IT general controls including access management and change management.
• Develop audit programs, testing documentation, and workpapers.
• Identify control deficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate audit results clearly with stakeholders.
• Utilize data analytics to support audit testing.
