Job summary

Bread Financial seeks a Senior Manager, Global Audit - IT to safeguard organizational value through risk-based assurance and expert guidance. You will oversee IT, security, and privacy audits and partner with technology leaders, including the CISO and CRO, to strengthen controls.

Lead audits, develop IT controls, and guide teams while coordinating SOX testing and annual risk planning. Travel up to 10% and a hybrid work model are typical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/MIS or equivalent and related work experience.
• CISM, CISA, CISSP or equivalent security certifications.
• 10–13 years of progressively more complex technical work with strong client/management interface.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT audits and risk assessments.
• Develop and refine IT control frameworks across environments.
• Coordinate with SOX testing and IT Audit leadership; report findings.
