Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking an IT Audit Manager to lead medium to complex IT audits and advance the Internal Audit function. You will collaborate with technology leaders, evaluate controls, and develop audit methodologies while delivering independent, risk-focused insights.

The role requires strong auditing standards knowledge, project management, and the ability to guide data analytics and continuous auditing initiatives across infrastructure, security, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT auditing or IT role with exposure to internal controls and risk assessment.
• 2+ years leading complex IT projects or IT audits.
• Banking or financial services industry experience preferred.
• Read/write queries and knowledge of programming tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform medium to complex IT audits from planning to reporting.
• Assist with IT audit plan and workpapers review.
• Represent Internal Audit on IT projects and risk assessments.
• Provide data extraction and analytics support to auditors.
• Contribute to annual risk assessment and audit scheduling.
