Collaboration with IT and business teams is essential, with a focus on control automation and continuous improvement. The role requires 6–10 years in financial services auditing, strong communication, and professional certifications (CIA/CPA/CISA preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (4-Year Accredited College).
• 6–10 years related auditing experience.
• Industry knowledge in financial services (Treasury/Asset Liability Management, Investments, Regulatory Compliance, ERM, Trust, Operations).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of IIA Standards.
• Certification preferred (CIA, CPA, CISA, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on IT audit engagements covering cybersecurity, IT governance, infrastructure, and more.
• Assist in IT risk assessment and annual IT audit planning.
• Perform design and operational testing of ITGCs and application controls.
• Develop clear audit reports and track management action plans.
• Provide advisory services on new initiatives, systems, and controls.
• Stay current on standards (NIST, COBIT, FFIEC) to ensure relevant coverage.
• Collaborate with internal audit, business lines, and technology teams.
• Mentor junior associates and pursue relevant certifications.
