Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee software and hardware asset management within the CESO environment. This onsite role is based in Arlington, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

You will design asset management policies, monitor licenses, and guide a team of Asset Administrators while delivering KPI reports and ensuring audit readiness. The ideal candidate has DoDD 8140 IAT II certification, strong lifecycle knowledge, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• DoDD 8140 compliant certification, at minimum IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE).
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of IT Asset Management experience.
• Experience managing assets in both classified and unclassified environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing staff.
• Strong knowledge of the asset lifecycle and strategic asset management processes.
• Experience documenting policies and processes with clear communication.
• Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and translate activities into a work plan.

Responsibilities

• Develop asset control processes to monitor device identification, accountability, maintenance, location and contracts.
• Assist in inventory management, procurement and shipments.
• Design and execute asset management policies, procedures and processes.
• Monitor software licenses to ensure compliance with license agreements.
• Ensure audit compliance for IT software assets.
• Provide guidance to Software Asset Administrators in daily operations.
• Provide KPI/metrics information and routine reporting for management.
• Manage lifecycle of hardware and software assets from creation to retirement.
