Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) seeks an Asset Manager to lead comprehensive software and hardware asset management within the CESO environment. The role is onsite in Arlington, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities include shaping asset control processes, overseeing procurement and shipment, ensuring license compliance, and guiding Software Asset Administrators. Strong policy development and audit experience are essential.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Poly.
DoDD 8140 compliant certification, at least IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE).
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of IT Asset Management experience; other relevant experience may substitute the degree.

Responsibilities

Develop asset control processes for device identification, accountability, maintenance, location and contracts.
Oversee inventory management, procurement and shipment activities.
Design and implement asset management policies and procedures.
Monitor software licenses for compliance with agreements and usage standards.
Ensure audit compliance for IT software assets.
Provide oversight to Software Asset Administrators in daily activities.
Deliver KPI/metric reporting on a regular and ad hoc basis.
Manage lifecycle of hardware and software assets from creation to disposal.
Verify assets against licenses and inventory; initiate corrective actions.
Lead license-compliance audits.
