Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain records and databases of licenses, warranties, and service agreements for hardware and software.
• Plan, monitor, and record software licenses and hardware assets to ensure contract compliance.
• Assist in eliminating waste and optimize IT asset utilization.
• Provide accurate real-time reporting on IT assets, ownership, usage, and renewals.
• Guide on methods of unclassified and classified shipments.
• Develop analytical systems to track systems, materials and assets supporting operations.
• Research cost savings for renewals, software licensing and maintenance.
• Track and renew maintenance agreements and warranties as needed.
• Handle procurement, receipt, inventory and provisioning of software and hardware.
• Collaborate with IT Support and IA teams on vendor recommendations.
