• Transform data into insights by analyzing asset and CMDB relationships to uncover inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Elevate ServiceNow HAM Pro/Enterprise capabilities, improving discovery, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Drive process improvements to simplify workflows and increase automation.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to align technology with real-world needs and outcomes.
