The role requires 10+ years in lifecycle, strategy, and architecture, with strong communication, collaboration, and regulatory awareness. Hybrid work and strong benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in technology or business.
• 5+ years of people leadership and architectural governance experience.
• Experience with SAP-centric and CRM ecosystems in utilities preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex tech concepts to executives.
