The role partners with IT and business leaders to mature architecture and enable strategic transformation. Based in a hybrid office setup (Austin, TX or Somerset, NJ), this position emphasizes leadership, governance, and delivery enablement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, or related technology leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams or architecture organizations.
• Travel up to 20% as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Enterprise and Solution Architects.
• Define and evolve architecture standards, principles, and governance.
• Align technology roadmaps with business strategy and objectives.
• Guide complex initiatives and major technology investments across teams.
• Advance architecture maturity, governance processes, and metrics.
