Job summary

Solen Software Group is hiring a Senior IT Manager to mature the IT function across the holding company and 20+ operating companies. You will diagnose, implement, and document core IT capabilities, from IAM to device management, governance, and security, with hands‑on leadership early on and potential team growth later.

You will drive repeatable processes, build SOPs, and lead cross‑company standards while balancing in‑house development with outsourcing where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Five+ years leading IT operations in SaaS or distributed environments.
• Experience transforming ambiguous environments into repeatable processes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows administration.
• Security governance, incident response, and data protection familiarity.
• Experience supporting multiple entities or acquisitions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT execution across Solen HQ and operating companies, including identity, access, device, network, and endpoint issues.
• Design and implement standards for Entra ID, M365, Intune/MDM, endpoint security, remote monitoring, patching, and SaaS administration.
• Develop onboarding/offboarding workflows, including provisioning, licensing, and data transfer.
• Establish identity controls: MFA, SSO, passkeys, and least-privilege access.
• Implement Data Loss Prevention and information protection controls per risk.
• Lead vulnerability scanning and penetration testing workflows with remediation tracking.
• Create incident response plans, SOPs, and recurring risk assessments.
• Drive IT workstreams for acquisitions and improve playbooks.
• Standardize tools and practices across entities where beneficial.
• Centralize visibility into AWS/Azure hosting spend and optimize costs.
• Evaluate vendors, MSPs, and staffing to balance capability, risk, and cost.
• Document systems, configurations, and runbooks in a shared repository.
• Provide service metrics to leadership and improve processes toward reliable, repeatable, optimized systems.
