Solventum seeks an experienced technical leader to join a high-performing software team focused on cloud-based solutions. You will champion SOA principles, define automated deployment strategies, and drive releases into AWS environments.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver scalable and reliable systems. The role requires deep AWS knowledge, modern architectural practices, and a collaborative, fast-paced mindset.

Qualifications

• Seven years of software development experience required.
• Seven+ years with Java and/or C# for full-stack apps.
• Five+ years building modern web apps (JavaScript/TypeScript/Node/HTML/CSS).
• Three+ years with AWS and/or Azure in production.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale software in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead on a Scrum team across all SDLC phases.
• Design and implement scalable cloud-native software using SOA.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and Product Owners.
• Develop and deploy software components per design specs.
• Enhance deployment and maintenance strategies across AWS and private cloud.
• Promote coding standards and continuous improvement.
• Assist in resolving escalated customer issues and on-call support.
