Job summary

Solero Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Development SecOps professional to design, develop, and automate security operations across enterprise environments. You will build scalable tools, SOAR playbooks, and CI/CD pipelines to improve detection, response, and investigation workflows.

You will collaborate with SOC, CTI, incident response, and digital forensics teams to operationalize security intelligence while ensuring reliability and compliance with organizational requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing security automation.
• Hands-on with SOAR workflows and playbooks.
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain security automation solutions.
• Develop scalable tools to automate SOC and incident response processes.
• Create and maintain SOAR workflows and integrations between security platforms.
• Develop APIs and scripts to improve interoperability between tools.
• Automate data collection, enrichment, and alerting for security operations.
• Collaborate with SOC, CTI, IR, and forensics teams to improve workflows.
• Support secure software development and DevSecOps practices throughout the lifecycle.
