Job summary

Liberty Dental Plan is seeking a Senior IT Applications Analyst to lead support, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications. You will partner with stakeholders, vendors, architects, and IT teams to ensure reliable performance and guide long‑term technology strategies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS or related field, 4+ years of experience, strong MS SQL Server skills, API/integration experience, and proficiency in .NET/C#/Java.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 4+ years in application support, systems analysis, or related IT roles.
• Experience with enterprise apps and vendor-managed solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft SQL Server expertise including query development and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support and administration of enterprise applications, ensuring stability and performance.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex production issues with root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead app enhancements from requirements through testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and strategic roadmap discussions.
• Coordinate dependencies involving APIs, cloud services, and data exchanges.
• Perform advanced MS SQL Server analysis and data validation while maintaining integrity.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to roadmaps and modernization efforts.
• Ensure change management, audit, security, and regulatory compliance.
