Job summary

Sentior, Ltd. is seeking a Senior IT Applications Analyst to support the St. Petersburg DCC with SCADA, ADMS, and related grid technologies. The role blends production support with strategic deployments and continuous improvement of critical operational systems.

The candidate will coordinate with vendors, MSP resources, and field operators to ensure 24x7 reliability, manage incident response, and contribute to ongoing platform modernization and storm readiness efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required; 4+ years related work experience or related combinations as specified.
Experience with SCADA/ADMS or OT environments is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and production support skills.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight for third-party MSPs delivering 24x7 production support.
Act as IT liaison for St. Petersburg DCC, ensuring reliable operation of SCADA/ADMS and grid tech.
Monitor system health, diagnose issues, and coordinate incident response across teams.
Lead testing, validation, and deployment of SCADA/ADMS enhancements and upgrades.
Support storm readiness and emergency restoration activities.
