Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks an Applications Analyst IV to gather business requirements, develop functional specs, and build IT solutions that drive business objectives. The role works independently, mentoring junior analysts and leading end-user support activities across the department.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, providing go-live support, analyzing needs, documenting outcomes, and ensuring system changes align with processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4) years IT experience.
• 4+ years IT experience, preferably in healthcare or related field OR 3+ years IT and 2+ years clinical experience.
• Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter.
• Ability to organize and coordinate actions of small groups.

Responsibilities

• Mentor lower-level Application Analysts and lead when installing/upgrading applications.
• Coordinate end-user support activities and run meetings.
• Provide go-live support for new applications and modules.
• Analyze business/clinical needs and develop system specifications.
• Create test plans and test systems, and document outcomes.
