Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey seeks an Applications Analyst IV to translate business needs into functional specifications and build IT solutions aligned with clinical and operational goals.

You will mentor junior analysts, lead end-user support activities, coordinate go-live events, and document test outcomes while presenting findings to project teams and maintaining system documentation. This role requires collaboration and strong communication within IT and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4) years of experience.
• Minimum IT experience in healthcare or related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Leads installation/configuration of applications and components.
• Mentors lower level Application Analysts.
• Coordinates end user support activities and leads meetings.
• Provides go-live support for new applications, modules and functionality.
• Documents testing outcomes and ensures consistency across test plans.
• Performs application implementation, troubleshooting and support.
• Delivers clear oral and written communications to project teams.
