Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years IT experience (healthcare preferred).
• 3+ years IT experience; 7 years if no degree, or 2 years IT + 2 years clinical if no degree.
• Strong desktop skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Works independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and develop functional specifications.
• Install/upgrade applications and validate work performed by analysts.
• Coordinate end-user support activities and participate in IT meetings.
• Provide go-live support for new applications and modules.
