Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking an Applications Analyst IV to gather business requirements, assess needs, and develop functional specifications for IT solutions that align with overall business objectives.

This senior role works independently and supports lower level analysts. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4–8 years IT experience (healthcare preferred), and strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Google Suite and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4) years of experience.
• Minimum of 4 (8 if no degree) years of IT experience, preferably in healthcare or related field OR 3 (5 if no degree) years of IT experience and 2 (4 if no degree) years of clinical experience.
• Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter.
• Ability to organize and coordinate the actions of small groups to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Works independently and effectively manages time unsupervised.
• Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
• Creates and maintains clear, concise documentation.
• Collaborates with other team members across the department.
• Demonstrates self-direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office platforms.
