Job summary

You will partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to determine requirements, implement solutions, support integrated applications, and communicate effectively across projects.

Advanced-level experience and leadership are preferred for complex initiatives. We are a family-owned, multi-channel retailer with a long history and diverse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of IT analyst experience supporting business applications or operations.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service and relationship management skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation practices.
• Understanding of business systems technologies and databases.
• Experience with PL/SQL, integration platforms, and data warehousing concepts.
• Willingness to work on-site in Chippewa Falls, WI.

Responsibilities

• Work with business users and IT to understand processes and requirements.
• Apply full life-cycle methodologies to projects and change controls.
• Create and maintain documentation according to standards.
• Determine setup, configuration, customization, and support needs.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade applications in multi-tier environments.
• Troubleshoot application, database, integration, and network issues.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve tactical business results.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
• Work on-site at local fulfillment centers or business locations as needed.
• Support enterprise-wide initiatives and develop application roadmaps.
• Research and implement new information systems technologies.
• Partner with development teams to establish architectures and QA practices.
