Select Custom Solutions, based in La Crosse, WI, seeks an IT Applications Manager to lead the development, support, and enhancement of business applications including ERP and reporting tools. The role focuses on delivering reliable, secure software platforms and data-driven insights for the organization.

Hybrid/remote work with occasional onsite days; 5+ years in software development and ERP experience required; leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting software development processes and SDLC.
• Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong reporting skills with Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience programming in C#.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and working with APIs.
• Understanding of accounting, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee development, support, and enhancement of business applications including ERP and reporting solutions.
• Provide leadership and day-to-day supervision to the IT applications team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and estimates.
• Ensure application platforms are reliable, secure, and well-maintained.
• Oversee data and reporting solutions for accurate data-driven decision making.
• Drive planning aligned with business strategies and future needs.
• Evolve applications and integrations across ERP and related systems.
