Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• CCBA certification achieved or expected within role.
• Agile and Lean Six Sigma certifications are desirable.
• Experience in computing systems or IT support is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Elicit high-level requirements and business needs from partners and document them clearly.
• Assist with prioritization and provide cost and effort estimation/analysis.
• Manage the priority of demands to map them into a process-focused functionality roadmap.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure requirements are understood and solutions meet expectations.
• Deliver moderate to high complexity projects.
• Uphold the organization’s cybersecurity posture and report any security incidents.
