Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree and hands-on development experience in enterprise Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and integration technologies.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing application development teams in an Agile delivery environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on cloud-native development with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or comparable public cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of business-critical applications using GCP cloud-native architecture and enterprise engineering standards.
• Mentor a team responsible for front-end and back-end development, API integrations, data processing, testing, and production support.
• Partner with architects and engineering teams to design scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available solutions using modern microservices and containers.
• Provide technical leadership for Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React or Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL databases, messaging, and event-driven architecture.
