Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking application developers to design, build and maintain custom applications and integrations for our Natural Gas businesses. You will engage with business users and IT to capture requirements, design software, and document solutions, while working across modern technologies and frameworks.

The role emphasizes learning, adaptability, collaboration, and reliable delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular/HTML5) and server-side languages (JAVA, Groovy, or C#).
• Strong relational database skills with SQL Server and T-SQL.

Responsibilities

• Be willing to learn new IT and business skills regularly.
• Be comfortable in a changing environment for priorities and activities.
• Collaborate with business users and IT to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
• Design and develop software systems using best practices.
• Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
• Test and deploy programs and applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain and improve existing software.
• Participate in on-call rotation to help resolve issues outside normal hours.
