Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking application developers to design, build, and deploy new and existing software for our natural gas business users. You will work with IT and business teams, using modern frameworks and relational databases to deliver robust solutions.

The role emphasizes continual learning, adaptability to changing priorities, and collaboration across departments. On-call duties are a part of the responsibilities, with on-site work at our Houston office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2–5 years relevant experience.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular/HTML5).
• Java or Groovy or C# experience; SQL Server (T-SQL).

Responsibilities

• Learn new IT and business skills regularly.
• Collaborate with users and IT to gather requirements.
• Design and develop software using best practices.
• Create technical documentation for future projects.
• Test, deploy, troubleshoot and maintain applications.
• Participate in on-call rotation after hours.
