Job summary

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience and leadership of analytical/data teams.
Experience building operational/tactical plans that drive results.
Strong financial and labor analytics and data governance experience.
Ability to influence executive decision-making through data storytelling and insights.
Proven collaboration across a matrixed organization and security/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

Lead the team delivering financial, labor, and portfolio insights across IT.
Establish governance standards and controls for data assets across reports and systems.
Design and deliver dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting.
Mentor and develop engineers and analysts to foster high performance.
Collaborate with IT, Business Management, Workforce Services, and Portfolio Management to enable decision-making.
