Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Department Manager, IT Talent Acquisition to lead the global IT recruiting function. This role directs internal mobility, external hiring, executive recruiting support, and contingent staffing while partnering with IT leadership.

You will build innovative sourcing strategies, manage vendor partnerships, and drive workforce analytics to improve outcomes in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area
• Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
• 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership of recruiting teams for a global business
• Experience recruiting technical talent with demonstrated success building innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
• Experience managing relationships with external recruiting partners, staffing suppliers, and contingent workforce vendors to ensure quality service, cost effectiveness, and compliance
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, or recruiting-related financial planning
• Working knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance requirements
• Protects our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions; ensures security policy and procedure requirements are met; continuously identifies opportunities for improving security and implements strategies to improve our security posture

Responsibilities

• Lead IT recruiting and contingent staffing for Enterprise Mobility.
• Develop and execute strategic recruiting and workforce planning with IT leadership.
• Build sourcing strategies and pipelines for experienced and early-career tech talent.
• Oversee recruiting operations for efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
• Use analytics and market data to drive decision-making and improvement.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors for quality service.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Immigration, and Legal for hiring initiatives.
• Lead adoption of recruiting tech and process improvements.
• Coach and develop recruiting professionals into high performers.
