The Analyst – Information Technology is responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, crafting user stories, triage issues, facilitation of meetings, analyze data and/or support functional/user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar with Agile scrum software development methodologies, have the ability to write great user stories and have a natural analytical way of thinking/problem solving and be able to explain difficult concepts to both technical and non‑technical users.
Note: This role provides a hybrid work arrangement with in‑office requirements up to 50% of the time from Houston, TX or Chicago, IL.

The base pay range for this role is $81,795.00 to $106,602.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job‑related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long‑term incentive compensation awards.
