Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Information Technology (IT) Administrator to lead enterprise IT initiatives, including system migrations, integrations, and company-wide upgrades in a growing aerospace organization. You will manage Active Directory/Azure AD, Intune/MDM workflows, AWS configurations, and IT security practices while mentoring junior staff.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of IT experience, a B.S. in IT/CS, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Understanding of IT security practices including endpoint compliance and MFA.
• Ability to develop technical documentation and SOPs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and cloud/audit tools.
• Experience with AWS cloud configuration and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute system migrations, testing, cutover, and post‑migration support.
• Drive integrations across enterprise platforms to improve interoperability.
• Coordinate companywide software/hardware upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Manage Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID user accounts and permissions.
• Oversee endpoint configuration, imaging, patching, and deployment via MDM.
• Monitor system health and assist admin of servers, cloud, network, and M365.
• Support IT security practices including access reviews and MFA enforcement.
• Mentor junior helpdesk staff and document SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in IT projects including migrations, office expansions, and tool evaluations.
