Job summary

SouthState Bank in Florida is seeking an experienced Issue Management Senior Analyst to support the Enterprise Issue Management Program (IMP). You will serve as the primary point of contact for issue management activities, ensuring governance, data integrity in Archer, and enterprise reporting.

Responsibilities include overseeing the issue lifecycle, collaborating with risk owners, BRLs, and other stakeholders, and driving standardized practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of risk management or internal audit experience in banking.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate complex ideas to executives.
• Experience with Archer workflows or governance systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Issue lifecycle management.
• Track issue records from intake through validation.
• Monitor governance and escalation for delayed or high-risk issues.
• Support development and maintenance of Archer and Power BI dashboards.
• Provide guidance on issue management standards and documentation.
