Job summary

SouthState Bank, N.A. is seeking an Issue Management Senior Analyst to support the Enterprise Issue Management Program. You will ensure program adherence, governance, and execution while deploying within the Archer system.

You will oversee issue lifecycle, classification, root-cause analysis, remediation planning, validation, and escalation across business units, collaborating with risk roles and stakeholders to sustain data integrity and enable enterprise reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of risk management and/or internal audit experience in banking.
• Experience leading risk management programs.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, classification, tracking, and reporting of issues from regulatory exams, internal audit, compliance testing, risk assessments, and self-identification.
• Collaborate with issue owners and risk functions to track issues through lifecycle.
• Develop Archer and Power BI dashboards and reporting templates for enterprise reporting.
• Provide governance guidance and escalation for issue management.
• Maintain data integrity in Archer and enable enterprise reporting.
