Job summary

Bravura, Inc. seeks a Team Manager / ISSO at Redstone Arsenal, AL to lead contract performance and all ISSO duties. You will liaison with Government leadership, oversee PWS deliverables, and maintain DoD RMF/ATO compliance.

The role requires 8+ years managing complex DoD IT programs, 4+ years operating ISSO functions, and TS/SCI clearance. Strong leadership and risk management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equal experience.
• Active certifications relevant to duties (CISSP, Security+, CCNA, RHCSA, MCSA).
• Certifications must meet DoD 8570/8140 requirements (IAT Level II).
• 8+ years managing complex DoD IT programs; 4+ years ISSO hands-on.
• Budget oversight, staff management, and subcontractor coordination.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance and be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Program Oversight: interface with Government Lead and monitor risks and performance metrics.
• Strategic Planning: develop and execute a Program Management Plan covering scope, schedule, budget, quality.
• Resource Management: direct contractor activities and staffing to meet requirements.
• Financial & Risk Management: own program financials and mitigate risks.
• Deliverable Quality: ensure timely, high-quality contract deliverables.
