Job summary

Credence is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to provide IT security support for RMF A&A activities with USMS system owners and O&M staff. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with DOJ security requirements and standards for the USMS P30 system.

Responsibilities include developing a 12-month IT security compliance schedule, performing risk analyses, and producing artifacts and SSPs. A Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and 8+ years of experience are required;

Qualifications

• Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or significant equivalent experience is required.
• CISSP, CISA, or CISM certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an IT System Security Compliance Schedule covering 12-month intervals.
• Support A&A activities on classified and unclassified networks per RMF.
• Develop/update artifacts for all control families (SSP, Contingency Planning, Incident Response, etc.).
• Perform risk analysis and prepare reports on networks, facilities and systems.
• Review and validate Security Assessment Reports and POA&M statements.
