Job summary

Columbia Technology Partners is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support programs, systems, and enclaves with information assurance and cybersecurity posture.

The role involves implementing security policies, maintaining SSPs and A&A packages, and supporting RMF-based security authorization. A DoD 8570 IAM Level I compliance and active clearance are required, with citizenship and security background checks.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of ISSO experience on contracts of similar scope.
• Specialized experience in at least three areas: current security tools, hardware/software security, communication protocols, encryption techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing information systems security policies and standards.
• Develop and maintain security documentation (SSPs, SRTMs, A&A packages).
• Maintain operational cybersecurity posture for assigned systems and enclaves.
• Evaluate security solutions for compliance with requirements for processing classified information.
• Support RMF-based security authorization activities and CM processes.
• Interact with customers, IT staff, and leadership to meet cybersecurity objectives.
• Manage system security changes and track authentication mechanisms.
